【药材】莲子15克,百合10克。
【食材】猪瘦肉100克,盐3克。
【做法】
步骤1:莲子去心,洗净,泡透;百合洗净,润透;猪肉洗净。
步骤2:汤煲置火上,入水适量,加入猪肉,大火煮沸后,撇去浮沫,加入莲子、百合,转小火煲至肉烂熟,加盐调味即可。
【功效】清心润肺、益气安神。适宜阴虚所致的干咳、失眠、心烦、心悸等症者食用。
【禁忌】不能与牛奶同服,莲子可加重便秘。
【食法】每日一次。
